Prior to joining DHR, Christine worked in brand and general management for Procter & Gamble in both North and Latin America, senior marketing roles with a large consumer focused Private Equity firm and its portfolio companies, and leadership in a growth strategy consulting firm that served both Private Equity and Fortune 500 clients.
With her breadth of hands-on experience, Christine is a trusted advisor to growth-oriented, consumer facing clients in public, private, and Private Equity owned businesses, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Strategy. Christine leverages her operating experience to assess talent and create uniquely successful search partnerships. She leads assignments across CEO, CMO, COO, and CFO roles as well as divisional presidents, general managers, and heads of marketing, sales, and other commercial roles.
Christine earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University. She is actively involved in leadership roles with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, career counseling for young adults and has held advisory roles for the Clean Energy Trust, Arzu (relief for Afghan women) and Rainbo Sports.
