Sue Golden is a certified executive coach, facilitator, and Founder of Golden Leadership LLC. Sue brings to her coaching three decades of experience in sales and marketing from a career working at both Nestle USA and The MARS Agency. This experience includes Regional Sales leadership, Regional Customer Marketing and agency leadership roles with Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive, ConAgra, Campbells, Chobani, Kroger, Walgreens, Walmart, Target and Nestle.   Her career culminated as a General Manager of a $9 MM portfolio of Fortune 500 brands, where she profitably grew revenue and achieved 45% margin goals.  She maximized business and organizational talent and led a 30-person team. Sue operated comfortably in an entrepreneurial organization to set vision to rapidly evolve the team’s talent to competitively create tomorrow’s solutions. 

In addition to her career success, she has and continues to be involved with non-profit organization leadership. These roles include Chicago Board Member, past Co-Chair, and Mentoring leadership roles for the Network of Executive Women, the CPG and Retail industry’s largest learning and leadership community, representing 10,000 members, 750 companies, and 20 regions. Sue is also a Leadership Council Board member at Mercy Home for Boys and Girls (Annual revenue $37 million) and a mentor for WOMEN Unlimited Inc.  

Her interest in mentoring also led her to complete The CTI / Co-Active Training Institute Executive Coaching Certification, as well as Hogan, The Leadership Circle and CoreStrengths Assessment Certification. In her coaching, Sue works with her clients to help spot hidden opportunities, recognize blind spots and connect the dots to accelerate their professional and personal growth.
