Wendy Trevisani
Former Partner of Thornburg Investment Management, and Board Director
Wendy Trevisani is an institutional investor, shareholder advocate and board member. Her 16-year tenure as a Partner, Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Thornburg Investment Management, and as a major shareholder of many global companies, resulted in a deep understanding of successful business models and strategies, competitive analysis, and evaluation of long-term valuation potential.
Wendy contributed to Thornburg’s global asset growth which reached over $90bn, managing their flagship International Value Fund and its related strategies. She served on the Executive Committee, and led the launch of Thornburg’s American Depository Receipt (ADR) and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) / Socially Responsible (SRI) mandates, which collectively accumulated $10B in assets under her leadership. Her primary focus spanned businesses in retail, luxury goods, CPG and healthcare.
Wendy serves on the board of numerous organizations including New Mexico’s State Board of Finance, Christus St Vincent Hospital, and the Anchorum Health Foundation (Vice Chair). She strives to help to improve and strengthen the healthcare environment and systems for individuals and communities across Northern New Mexico, and has served on governance, finance and investment committees. She is an active member of the Parent Board of Bucknell University as well as Hestia, a not for profit focused on positive outcomes for middle school children.
Wendy has lived in Paris, London and more recently Barcelona with her family. She and her husband own the New Mexico United professional soccer team and love to spend time in the mountains with their 3 growing children and 2 leonbergers. Wendy is an amateur French speaker, aspiring tennis player and bit actress.
