Adrienne Stevens is a five-time president and CEO of privately held and Fortune 200 divisions of public companies across industrial and manufacturing segments. She has led technology-based organizations from start-up to $250MM and scaled them to a path of profitable growth and expansion. Her breadth of experience encompasses aerospace, automotive, distribution, defense, e-commerce and health technology industries.

Adrienne started her career as a commercial pilot. Interested in the business of aviation, she leveraged her pilot skills and transitioned to executive leadership of a $12B publicly held aerospace & defense manufacturer for 16 years. With this disciplined foundation, she has solved problems, created solutions and enhanced teams by providing full P&L responsibility services to small and middle market companies that need to move forward at a critical state.
