Meghan Leggett


Managing Director of The Sterling Group

Meghan Leggett is a Managing Director at The Sterling Group in Houston.  Previously, she was a Principal at White Deer, a middle market investment fund focused on investing in energy companies.  Her responsibilities range from origination, structuring, due diligence, execution to monitoring of investments. She is currently a director of Axios, ByteMove, Cust-o-Fab, Extract, and Unicat.

Prior to White Deer, Meghan was an associate at Crestview Partners, and prior to Crestview, an investment banking analyst in the Energy Group at Citigroup.

Meghan received an M.B.A from the Wharton School of Business and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.  She serves on the MD Anderson Cancer Center Advance Team. 

Meghan resides in Houston with her husband and three young children.
