Debbie is the Former Group Chief Executive of Accenture Operations where she led a top-line double digit growth $6B+ portfolio of business process services (BPO).  Under her leadership, Accenture Operations provided services for clients with operations in more than 120 countries through a network of 50+ global delivery centers employing 130,000+ people.  She was a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee and Capital Committee. 

Debbie also served on the board of Avanade, a technology solutions and managed services provider, an Accenture/Microsoft JV offering innovative insights and expertise in Microsoft technologies.  She is a results-driven strategic thinker, mentor and problem solver with a long track record of envisioning and executing transformative change, deploying leading edge technologies such as blockchain, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and machine learning/artificial intelligence for a multitude of Fortune 500 companies.

Since retiring from her 35-year career at Accenture, Debbie has joined two Boards of Directors, Wawa, Inc. and Globality, Inc. She is also a member of the Tulane-Newcomb College Dean’s Advisory Council and was the Executive in Residence at Tulane University during the Spring 2020 semester.  Debbie is currently a Director At Large on the C200 Board and a member of the C200 Finance Committee. On a personal note, Debbie is happily married to her husband Rob for the last 35 years and in her free time enjoys travel, reading, cooking, fitness, running and is learning to play Bridge.

Debbie has a BA in Economics having graduated magna cum laude from Newcomb College, Tulane University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
